THE CONTROL 

Hi, till now we have spoken about three of the functions of management.

PLANNING, To think. What does go away to do? 
Establish general objectives. Which want to be obtained in a future. How it is going to be achieved. Which are the resources that are going to be in use for achieving it. 

ORGANIZATION, How does it go away to do? 
To define the activities and tasks to developing coordination, Dividing and distributing the work between the persons. 

DIRECTION, To do the planned thing.
Selection, formation and assignment of the persons in the different working places. To design the plan of incentives or prizes to motivate. 

And today we are going to explain the function of control.


That is the function of control?

To verify since has been realized. To assign tasks to compare the results foreseen with the royal ones to identify the diversions, to establish like to correct them.

It is the function that closes and completes the administrative process in a company consists of checking if everything is realized in conformity with the adopted program, the given orders and the admitted beginning. It is joined to that of planning.

We can identify three phases:

Fixation of standards, the criteria represent the procedure that guide the decisions. They provide means to establish what must be done and what performance or result to must be accepted like normally or desirably. To judge the results. 

Checking of the performance, to measure the royal performance with the standards. It is necessary to measure the royal results, compare them with the standards and analyze the diversions.

Corrective action, gesticulate to correct the diversions after the review, it is possible that all the diversions are not negative, if the differences are positive. 


The control is a way for preveer and to correct the problems, between his disadvantages they are; the cost, the falsification of the information and the possibility that the aim gets confused.

The Organization

What is the Organization?

It is the process of establishing a series of rules, methods and principles that coordinate the means available to the company and thus achieve the objectives proposed in planning.

Whithin the organization we find a series of principles that are:
      1- Control Unit: each subordinate has a unique superior.
      2- Control Section: number of people who are directed effectively, between (5/6).
      3- Delegation Principle: can not make all decisions, so delegate charges to others.
      4- Divison of Work: they specialice in a specific task.
      5- Hierarchy and Authority: has de right to direct a group of people, establishing an order from greater to lesser authority.

Next we are going to see the Elements of the Organization.

     1- Strategic Apice: is constituted by the top management.
     2- Operations Core: composed of the members of the organization.
     3- Middle Line: the middle managers in charge of directly supervising the workers.
     4- Units of Supports: provide assistance to the company without belonging to it.
     5- Technostructure: plan and control without belonging to the company.

Within the Organization we can find two types:

     1- Formal Organization: It is based on professional relationships, use communications channels, the objetives are specific to the company.
     2- Informal Organization: It is bases on relationships for particular interests, communications channels are informal.

When it comes to representing a graph of the business structure in which we shape the organizational units and the relationships between the, it is called Organigrama.
We can find different types of flow charts, such as:

     Vertical, Horizontal, Radial, Informative, the Personal, Structural...

 


Another very important point in the organization are the Organizational Structures. We classify them into two categories, classic and modern.

      1- Classic:Are the traditional, hierarchical, functional and mixed.
     
 



     2- Modern: They are characterized by the flexibility they present, matrix, clover and network.




THE DIRECTION

Good  afternoon, today I'd like to talk about one of the functions of business managemente, it focuses on coordinating and integrating the whole of material resources and human company. I'm talking about the function of direction.



Three levels














Very important three functions, leadership, motivation, and communication.

That is the leadership? 
It influences in the behavior of others.

That serious the motivation?
To stimulate the behavior of the personnel  towards the interests of the company.

That is the communication?
To transmit and to receive information.

Inside the skills, ther person in charge of directing must have vision and strategic thinkinf, vision consist of skill who possess certain people perceive the future of your company in the long term, projecting in time, to imagine new context where shouldwork, with new needs and resources, providing the necessary to comply with this and strategic thinking is to know focus on future challenges, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, for deciding future decisions.


Emotional and social intelligence, they are skills that you can develop and learn, some of the tools to enhance these capabilities are; self-knowledge, self-control, assertiveness and empathy.


Also there are many styles of direction, we speak of some of them:

AUTOCRATIC STYLE  Chief imposes the procedure. Set tense work.

PATERNALISTIC STYLE Protective attitude Takes the decisions, the máx exercises authority.

LAISSEZ-FAIRE Chief does not intervene in the decisions. Drives to a widespread confusion.

DEMOCRATIC STYLE They all inform agreeable Climate, though not always efficient.

Business Planification: As good as it's seems to be?

Hi, today we gonna talk about Business Planification, if it's good or not is a hotly debated topic, so, I'll try to explain my point of view, the dark face of this topic. I aim everyone to tell me your opinion in comments.

First of all, what is Planification?
Is to go forward to the future, from the present taking information from the past

It's done for the enterprises to stay in the business market and to make easier to achive their goals

Thats the theory, now lets talk about the downsides

-The efectivity of the planification depends on the information took from the past. This information is essential, a little mistake on this information can ruin the whole planification, and what is more important, our business.

-The recolection of information and planification is an exhaustive process, so, is not quick and of course, is not cheaper. Is a delicate process so, to do it correctly , a huge amount of resources are needed.

-That last one is in relation with the staff. A planification extremely harsh can stifle them, what cancern directly to the production process.
